The new project related to gold and auctions has kicked off its fundraising on the blockchain
Lugano, 15th May 2019 – The Goldenugget IEO has launched on the Eidoo app.
Goldenugget is a Swiss project that is about to launch a token (GNTO) which allows
It is an ERC20 utility token, based on the Ethereum blockchain, whose value is not related to the price of gold. Goldenugget’s gold is mined in Africa by the company’s own mines.
The gold mined will be sold during several online auctions on the Goldenugget website and
payments will only be made using the GNTO token.
During the first two weeks of placement, it will be possible to buy tokens with a 25%
discount, at a price of $0.75 each. The discount percentage will gradually decrease over the
next few weeks, reaching a price of $0.95, from the eleventh to the sixteenth week.
The issuing company, Pieffe Consulting SA, based in the Canton of Ticino, through this IEO
will finance the environmentally friendly gold mining business in Ghana, with the promise to investors that, after acquiring the token, they can exchange it with other investors or use it to buy the gold extracted in West Africa.
The objective is to raise 20 million euros for the purchase of equipment, concessions,
authorisations and to finance working capital in order to begin mining activities.
It is estimated that the total turnover of the mining activity will reach about 20 million euros for the first year and increase subsequently following new investments.
Goldenugget will periodically organise auctions, which are reserved for token holders.
Goldenugget is an entrepreneurial family business with many years of experience in the field of heavy plant engineering – ceramic production. Such knowledge will now be incorporated into the design and production of a new ecological way of extracting the precious metal. The gold that will be mined, which can only be purchased through the GNTO token on the Goldenugget platform, will be mined at our premises in West Africa, where the company has been present for over 10 years.
