A empresa de segurança digital Dashlane divulgou os resultados da primeira pesquisa anual “Cryptocurrency Exchange Password Power Rankings”. Foram examinadas a segurança de senhas e contas usadas nas 35 plataformas de negociação de criptomoedas mais populares no mundo. O resultado foi considerado é alarmante. Em 70% das exchanges é possível criar senhas que a Dashlane classifica como fracas.
No estudo, feito em março, foram avaliados cinco critérios. Apenas dez plataformas atingiram a pontuação máxima: Bitcoin.de, BitMEX, BTCC, Cobinhood, Coinbase, Cryptopia, Gemini, Huobi, itBit e Paxful. Empresas conhecidas como as Binance e Poloniex
